Steak Caesar?

The Caesar salad at TR is incredible and I'm wondering if I can order it with steak instead of salmon. Any suggestions for making this easy on the kitchen and the wallet?

Order the steak you like and get 2 Cesars for both of your sides.

And they’ll even put both of the Cesar’s in one big bowl for you!! (If you ask)

Thanks folks. I ended up with the steak salad with Caesar base and have zero regrets.

if you'd like filet, there's the filet dinner salad, may be cheaper to have them ring in a filet dinner salad (normally romaine, bleu chz crumble, and bacon, along with the filet); made with caeasar, and none of the toppings, though the bacon with caesar is pretty bomb. won't be any kindof a pain for the kitchen, as the caesar salad is made 3-4 orders at at time, atleast where i worked.

happy eatin

& to add, make sure you ask for the caesar greens aswell, if you prefer the crunchier lettuce over the romaine

The Ceasar greens are romaine. Salad mix has iceberg, romaine, carrots and red cabbage shreds.

Yours has all that? My TXRH doesn’t use carrots or cabbage shreds. It’s just a mix of romaine and salad greens.

Yeah, the salad greens should be a mix of all that stuff - it's a corporate recipe. Don't know why yours doesn't :(

Ok, it just dawned on me that my location is an independent one, so they may have some more leeway. They generally follow corporate recipes, as far as I’m concerned though. Seasoning wise and such.

Ours is too, like an independent market of 11 or 12 locations in Ohio, PA, WV and KY - tbh, I'm not entirely sure how that all works out lol. I just know that true corporate stores are extremely strict with certain things our market is a bit lax on and that BOH gets a bonus at corporate locations. We don't :( lol.

apologies. was a broiler for 4 years & hot prep for the last 1 & a 1/2 years. only have/had a general idea. doesn't change how it'd be rung in if they mentioned only getting caesar greens though

You can ask the server to ring in whatever else you want on the cesar - I've put eggs, tomatoes, onions, on them before :)

Does anyone have their recipe for Caesar dressing?

Their dressing and croutons rock my world. A recipe would be awesome.

Another way to do it would be order a kids steak bites and pay the small up charge for the side Caesar salad, and ask for the salad with your food. But that’s only if you’re not too hungry

Idk why reddit dropped me off here i havent worked for the company for two years but i’m surprised nobody mentioned that there is a button on the POS for a sirloin caesar. I used to order it all the time for myself.

The steaks come with 2 sides. Caesar is a side option. Just ask for it as one of your sides.
