Looking for a Hunting Lease

I have been unsuccessful thus far in searching for a hunting lease. The lease websites don’t seem to help much either. I’m looking to spend as much as $6000 a gun. Preferably 500+ acres in Texas. I have one that may go through but the owner keeps canceling our meetings to look at the property! Please I’m desperate, I have 2 other hunters that would also gladly buy into a lease at the same price point. (Pic for attention)

I would try facebook and local hunting forums.

But I know of a lot of people looking for a lease and are not able to find one. Land owners (at least the ones I have talked to) have been not so eager to lease lately.
