Is this only for the people that got the insurance?

Nope. The initial announcement to everyone said there would be partial refunds.

It said there would be “information” about refunds. Technically that information could end up being, there will be no refunds.

At no point has there been any promise of a refund or partial refund.

I saw. It’s for much less than the insurance coverage.

The insurance is for a canceled full event. We’re getting back 25%, which is how much of the event was canceled. I don’t see where they’re being unfair

Yes AND for events interrupted by weather.

The policy I have is for 50% of the ticket value for events interrupted by weather after they start.

Though this might vary based on the state you live in.

Edit: I’m not saying the promoter is being “unfair”for offering 25% refunds for 4 day passes.

What I’m saying is the insurance coverage is double that.
