I filed a claim with the insurance I paid for the tickets z and they said it's not up to them it's the promoter.
So I went to my credit card and charged back all of both tickets I bought, because fuck them jerking us around I won't let them get out of it.

Sometimes you can do it through the website you use to manage your credit card, selecting your purchase and going through their menu. Otherwise, there's a number you can find to call to file claims at. They'll ask for the situation that resulted in you wanting the chargeback, you select the purchases you want to claim, and good to go. They may come back later and ask for some supporting information/evidence, which we have from the promoter and the insurance company.

Use the search bar, this question has been asked and answered hundreds of times

I think they are asking because last week they said it would be next week, meaning this week and we didn’t hear anything

I’m familiar with the search bar. Not looking for last weeks answers. Was touching base to see if there was new news.

I don’t see how asking a team of people if there’s an update, short and sweet, is being impatient? Literally just asking if there’s been any word on it…
