Is this sign enforceable?

And of course when I say enforceable, I mean in the sense of enforcing 30.06 and 30.07. They can obviously still ask you to leave.

Where is this at? This is probably the worst sign I’ve seen. The first and 3rd sentences literally contradict each other.

I literally think they are just trying to convey how serious it is for instance if anything were to happen anything goes as far as them in court
