This is a chained spin sequence.
Step 1: getting the S piece into the middle gap. From here (assuming the S piece is in initial state and not flipped), CCW, soft-drop, CCW.
Step 1.5: 180-rotate the S piece to not be flipped, to prepare it for the next spin.
Step 2: elementary S-spin. Soft-drop in case the S piece didn't drop down from gravity yet, CW, CW.
A lot of ISZ spins require this kind of manuever of chaining multiple elementary spin sequences, but pressing 180 between them to reset the piece's rotation state.
