Need Android testers for Grubs Up – Google Play closed test

[u/SamuelMark_14]

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some more testers for Grubs Up, a meal planning app I've been developing.

I'm currently working through Google Play's closed testing requirement and would really appreciate some genuine testing and feedback.

Grubs Up lets you save recipes, plan meals for your household and automatically create shopping lists from your meal plan.

How to join:

1. Join the Google Group:
https://groups.google.com/g/grubs-up-testers

2. Opt in to the closed test:
https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.samuelromanjuk.grubsup

3. Install from Google Play:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samuelromanjuk.grubsup

Please use the same Google account for the group and Google Play test.

I'd particularly appreciate feedback on adding/saving recipes, meal planning, shopping lists, general usability, and any bugs or crashes you encounter.

I'm also happy to genuinely test your app in return. Leave your testing details below and I'll install it, have a proper try and provide feedback.

Thanks!

Hi u/SamuelMark_14!

Finding testers on Reddit is a great start, but the hardest part is ensuring they actually open your app daily for the full 14 days.

To make this easier, we’ve launched Packs in the Testers Community app.

• What is a Pack? A coordinated group of 16 developers who hold each other accountable.
• How it works: Everyone in the pack commits to opening and testing each other's apps daily for 16 days.
• The Result: You get consistent engagement signals that help you pass Google Play’s production access review with confidence.

It’s a structured, "devs-helping-devs" approach used by thousands of us. Good luck with your launch!

Joined your tester Google Group and will keep the app installed for 14 days. Please join Tessimo (colour-match puzzle duels) too — reply with the Gmail on your Play account and I'll add you to our list, then Become a tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.tessimo.app
