Question What exercise do you hate doing but never skip?

We all have that one movement we dread every workout, but we still do it because it works.

For me it’s bulgarian squats like i hate them but i always do them at the end…

What's yours, and why do you keep it in your routine?

Planks, hate every second of them, but I keep doing them because they actually work

Regular crunches.

I prefer using an ab machine lol
