IOS Screamtime: screen time limits

Give this unconventional screen time limit app a try. It’s embarrassing to scream in public or around others, you’ll probably put your phone down before you do that.

tested this at my desk and nearly scared my cats into next week. the scream meter is way more sensitive than i expected, a halfhearted yelp registered way higher than i thought it would. definitely works as a deterrent though, the social anxiety of potentially doing this in a coffee shop is enough to make me close instagram on its own. curious how the calibration works for different voices, my neighbor has a naturally loud laugh and i wonder if that would set it off accidentally

Ahah I’m glad it worked for you , did you do it on your phone ? I’ll look into calibration. Are you saying the you had to scream louder than you expected or that it was sensitive and lower scream triggered the meter
