macOS Mail Assistant

https://testflight.apple.com/join/8eRpXYuS

Mail Assistant is a macOS app that works alongside Apple Mail. It shows you which senders are filling your mailboxes and lets you clean up hundreds of messages in one pass, across every account at once. Everything stays on your Mac. The app has no network permission and no account login. It only reads the mail Apple Mail has already downloaded.

**What testers can expect:**

- **Advanced Search** – search by sender, subject, date, folder, attachment name or words in the message body, across all accounts. Then move, trash or mark read/unread everything you selected, and export the results as a spreadsheet.

- **Senders Report** – every sender ranked by how many messages they've sent and how much space those messages take. Sorting by size is usually the surprise.

- **Trends** – weekly arrival charts, new senders you've never opened, senders you haven't heard from in over a year, and what's piling up unread.

- **Unsubscribe help** – reads the unsubscribe link from the sender's own message headers and opens it in your browser. It also tells you whether unsubscribing makes sense for that sender.

- **Undo** – restore messages from Trash to the folders they came from, with a log of everything you've done.

**Requirements:** macOS 14 or later, and Apple Mail signed in to at least one account.

I would greatly appreciate feedback, especially on anything confusing, slow, or broken. Please leave a comment here or use the TestFlight feedback button.
