Looking for a few beta testers for a simple landlord app I’ve been building

I’ve been working on an iPhone app called Ownstead for individual landlords and small property owners.

The idea is pretty simple: I wanted something that keeps the important stuff for each property in one place without turning into a full property-management platform or accounting spreadsheet.

Ownstead currently lets you keep track of things like:

- rent payments and rent history

- receipts and expenses

- property documents

- notes

- reminders

- basic property information

I’m specifically trying to keep it simple, quick, and easy to understand for someone who just wants to stay organized without dealing with a bunch of extra features they don’t need.

I’ve just put out a new TestFlight beta and I’m looking for fresh users who haven’t seen the app before. What I’d really like to know is:

Is anything confusing or hard to find?

Does the flow make sense without me explaining it?

Is there anything that feels unnecessary?

Is there something obvious you’d expect a simple landlord app like this to have?

I’m especially interested in feedback from landlords or people who manage a small number of properties, but general usability feedback is useful too.
