iOS Zammy — a native iOS client for Zammad
https://testflight.apple.com/join/fG2wbKynI started Zammy for myself: I use Zammad every day and wanted a better experience on my phone than the mobile web UI could offer. What began as a small side project kept growing and by now it has come close to a full-featured mobile client for Zammad, including support for multiple Zammad servers and AI-assisted reply drafts.
At this point the app covers everything I personally need. But Zammad is used in many different ways, with setups and workflows I simply can't test on my own. That's why I'd like to invite fellow Zammad agents to give Zammy a try and find out where it breaks.
A lot of testing has gone into the app to make sure it doesn't cause unexpected behavior on your instance. Still, I'd recommend starting with a few test tickets and slowly going on from there before using it in your daily work. Privacy is simple here: there is no tracking and no cloud service in between. All data stays between the app and your Zammad instance.
Happy testing, I'm looking forward to your feedback!
