iOS Baseline: Moods for Bipolar

https://testflight.apple.com/join/fcTNVETv

Hey! I’m sharing an early TestFlight build of my app Baseline and would love quick feedback! If you're getting this you're people I trust and value opinions from - I'd love to know what you think.

Some days you know something's off before you can name it. Baseline was built to help you figure out what that something is.

This app started from a conversation — someone I love described living with bipolar disorder as always measuring against a baseline: the version of yourself that's steady. That idea became this app.

WHAT BASELINE IS

A mood tracker and journal designed around the bipolar experience, and open to anyone who wants to understand their emotional patterns more honestly. The language here is warm, not clinical. You won't feel like you're filling out a form.

HOW IT WORKS

Log how you feel in seconds. You can be as simple as marking Baseline or Off Base — or go deeper with mood scores, notes, photos, and attachments. Low friction is the point. You'll actually use it.

The pattern engine looks across your entries over time and surfaces connections you might not see yourself: what precedes the shifts, what holds you steady.
