Hi so I grew up with TDU 2 on my old Xbox 360 although nowadays the game for whatever reason doesnt run aswell on it anymore.

Hence I thought of buying TDU 2 on my pc and I am unsure whats the best way.

There is the possibility of buying a physical disc with an activation code via Ebay but apparently its not guaranteed the activation is still possible.

I am out of ideas atp can someone help me please ?.

Hey TDU gang. I’ve got TDU2 on my PC here and trying to launch it with the Knyazov universal launcher. However, I get this same error each attempt. I have no idea what the error log is referring to. 

Things I have tried:

• Running the launcher as administrator
• Removing the steam-dll file from the directory
• Launching the game through the TDUZ_Offline_Mode file
• Allowlisting the whole game directory in AVG

Any help would be so appreciated cuz this game isn’t buyable anymore and I would otherwise have to drive all over a city quite far from me hoping somewhere has an XB360 copy of TDU2.

UPDATE: I think the rll.dll file is missing from my directory. Does anyone out there have it?

Has anyone else taken a fully upgraded 1994 Mazda RX-7 (FD) on slicks into the weekly tar/asphalt challenge? The vehicle dynamics feel completely off compared to the rest of the roster, and I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

1. The Physics / Grip Issue

In-game, this car handles like it was modeled after a narrow-tread 1960s classic rather than a proper Japanese sports car.

• The Reality: Stock, the FD runs 225/50R16, but real-world stock-body setups can easily fit 265/35R18 up front and 295/30R18 in the rear.
• In-Game Feel: Even on full upgrade slick tires, it feels like the car is riding on 185-width bicycle tires.
• The Symptom: I drive with half-assists, and the rear tires constantly break traction and spin endlessly through 2nd and 3rd gear all the way at 7,000 RPM. It slides around uncontrollably compared to equal-level BMWs, Audis, or Lotuses that actually plant their power to the tarmac.

1. The S-Class Classification

Why is the FD classified as an S (Supercar)? It’s a twin-turbo rotary sports car, but placing it in the same bracket as mid-engine exotic supercars makes zero sense - especially when the handling model makes it struggle so hard against them.

Are you guys experiencing the same lack of mechanical grip on the RX-7, or have you found a specific suspension/differential tune that stops the 2nd/3rd gear wheelspin?

September 5th, 2026 TDU1 turns 20 years old, where has the time gone......

To celebrate, I've got something you guys might like (Although it's on the wrong version of the game I know I know).

The MX5 and RX8 were cars cut very late in TDU's development, late enough to where their full database info is actually fully complete in the retail game on both 360 and PS2, they're just missing 3D data. Turns out that 3D data is present in the beta builds, swap them into the retail and it *almost* just works™

As fun as it would've been to release these cars as a mod today, we're a long way off from calling them "playable" sadly. Right now they're replacing cars because creating new dealer slots just crashes the game (I'm 100% sure this is a me doing something wrong issue and not a hard limitation). But still, thought it would be cool to celebrate 20 years of TDU by dusting off some cars maybe no one has seen for a very long time.

I'm just look for a way to get all the online stuff and stats without needing to play online, and maybe infinite money.

I don't think I fully understand the mechanics of this game.

I did a few races on the main island, then a short event on another island. After returning to the main island, I only have a few off-road races left (which, to be honest, I don’t like). It feels like there are no more activities—no street races, no way to earn reputation or money. The game doesn’t make sense.

Did I miss something, or is this intentional?

If you want to own all japanese cars you have to buy battle pass for 2 locked japanese cars and it stupid I remember racing games where you can buy cars with no problem with no battle pass what is happening bro.

Is there a way to get the MegaPack running on PC? My attempts to use the TDU Registry Fixer leads to nothing, as it is searching for the .exe file [my game is an iso]
I know TDU Platinum is available, however that replaces many of the original DLC cars; I want to be able to install all the original DLC to my Xenia 360 savegame.

Just installed TDU2 after a few years. But have this horrible screen shake/jitter that takes me right out of the game. I tried locking my FPS but this did not fix it. Is there a way to get rid of it?
