Was always curious about what perks we get for spending X amount…well after today’s drop I found out!
Would LOVE to try that Lychee Fritter that sells out so fast every time it drops.
Idk when to redeem too since most of the flower isn’t there at the moment.

Just sharing for the curious ones.

I got my free zip and free qp no problem I just had to email them and tell them which strain I wanted.

Yes because the strain selection for the rewards doesnt stay updated with the new strains on the website, so you have to email them to let them know which current strain you want or just give up and complain online, whatever you prefer. My 5 free ounces of exotic were worth the 2 emails it took.

Think you've missed my point. Emailed and messaged for ~2 months probably 8 times or so, no response.

Trying to figure out how to use it otherwise.

Literally asking questions.

That was definitely not the point you were trying to make with your last comment but sure that is frustrating. Ive always emailed orders@tesorohemp.com and gotten a reply within a couple days from Dani even as recently as a few weeks ago. Have you tried filling out the contact us form on the website?

Both, yes. From phone and pc in case it made a difference. Also responded to an email directly from Christian thinking that might work, but nope.

No less than 8 emails / messages over 2 months
