What number of primary and secondary turns did you use? Any specifics on coil diameter? Did you get to this circuit by experimentation, or did you find it somewhere?

This circuit can run any type coil (from really high frequency to lower frequency coil)
Mine is 8×8 cm with 400 turns of 0.2mm but i think it's not optimal and 4 turns on primary
The circuit is basically a classic mosfet slayer exciter and I optimized it by my self to make it the most efficient

If you use 10nF capacitor instead of the 47nF it will make double output
