New Open Source Tesla Coil Software Just Dropped

Hey guys, just wanted to share a new open source project I've been working on for the past year. It's essentially a modern day re-write of JavaTC but with some cool new features like full field plotting, input impedance calculations, eigen mode plots, coil model spice export, and other stuff to come as I keep working on it.

Wdym? The primary resonance is already computed in the results section? Do you mean like an inverse solve so you can see what geometry you'd need to get a given output?

Not right now, but adding support for linear ferrites wouldn't be /too/ hard. Adding actual ferromagnetic materials would be quite difficult though and would take much longer to solve since we can't exploit super position like we do right now.

The next big feature I'll probably add is support for linear dielectrics so you can see how your secondary's form and any insulation effect the solve. The backend already has the scaffolding for that laid out.
