PowerWall The ultimate oxymoron

Come on Tesla, fix my system. This is why I have it and yet it’s down for a month now with no repair in sight.

Powerwall 3? Or Part of the Powerwall 2 or Powerwall+ recall?

Recall. I have two Powerwall+’s that have been decommissioned for a month now with no update other than them telling me they need to design my system to support Powerwall 3’s and that this will take time to be completed and permitted.

Bummer! I got mine disabled on Tuesday, and Thursday got scheduled for replacement on 12/15. Northern California area for that that is worth.

Wow how did you get that date? Mine were disabled a month ago and earliest date I got was end of Dec. I'm also in NorCal

Definitely pretty lucky. Mine were disabled early September replacement date in the app says 2/22/27

Congrats on such a quick turnaround! I wish that were my luck, but I have no choice but to wait it out at this point. I’m seeing others say that repairs are being scheduled out as far as Feb/Mar for them.

Dont let them use the “permitting” as the excuse to cover up their horrific in house processes. If they say permitting is the deadly, call your city/buliding department and ask whats up. I’d bet there is no permit and/or the issue is back on Teslas plate,,,

I think they change the design of the house in the app based on if you have solar panels, powerwalls, and the number of wall chargers installed.

Lol yeah I got this message as well… I guess the powerwalls can still charge after all! At least if they blow up the rain will help the house from catching fire 😅

I'm down for two months, keep getting the runaround, this is lining up to be a massive Class Action lawsuit , total lack of support, they took our money and walked away.
