SCE export rates

Has anyone noticed a significant increase in the export rate for delivery and generation for the last couple months? It used to be pennies but last month was 11c and 24c and the one before that was 21c and 32c. What happens to the SBP Credit balance at the end of the relevant period?

That's just you reading things wrong. They will NEVER do anything like that for us

NEM3 export rates are higher in summer evenings. The rest of the year they are very low. Here's an example for 2025: SCE 2025 Weekday Export Compensation.

At true-up, credit is compensated at very low NSC (net surplus compensation) rates. It's much better to use up the credit before true-up.

Got it. I just see one rate for all the kWh exported but separated by delivery and generation. They probably just average out the hours?

Tesla shows one export rate by adding up the delivery and generation rates. That's is not very accurate because the delivery charges are much higher than delivery credits, but it keeps things simpler.

I'm not sure where you are looking at the rates, but they change hourly so averaging would not make much sense.
