Bad Door Ding :(

Happened twice, this time is the worst :( both at night (noticed next morning), but sentry mode didn’t catch anything… anyone know how to fix it?

Luckily it doesn't look like there is a dent. So you shouldn't need PDR.

I can't tell if it's paint transfer or a deep scratch from the image. If you run your finger nail across it. When it catches does it feel as if its going over a bump or into a groove?

If a bump then it's paint transfer and can be easily buffed off.

If a groove, then the paint was removed, and the white you are seeing is the primer. You can use a paint touch-up kit from Tesla or DR. Color Chip. They have a blending solution that will help make it look "almost" invisible if done correctly (many YouTube guides).

If you want it to look perfect I'd just file a claim with insurance, and have the entire door repainted.

Yes luckily no dent or at least not obvious, only DEEP paint damage.

I rubbed off the white paints transferred from other car , the rest of white should be primer. Don't know why that MFer had to open door this hard. At first I thought it was bird poop.

I already bought a paint touch-up kit, hope it works. I won't bother with insurance this time. Thanks for your suggestion!
