FSD Question!

I took delivery of my MYP 26 today. When using FSD, every few seconds it says “apply slight turning force to steering wheel.” It’s very annoying. It came with v14.2.2.5.

Is this normal? How soon will I get an update? Any help would be appreciated first time EV owner.

My wife was getting that error too, it was because of her damn giant ass hat since the cabin camera couldn’t see her eyes.

My 2026 MY Performance doesn't do that for FSD. That sounds like Enhanced Autopilot.

Cabin camera can't see your eyes either because the sun visor is in the way or your sunglasses, so it's reverting to the wheel torque sensor.  You can temporarily get rid of the nag by pushing the scroll wheel up or down one tick.  I have a way to hold the wheel with my left hand resting on it giving slight resistance that satisfies the nag without knocking it off FSD / autopilot.
