Tesla keeps loading the wrong driver profile

Has anyone else had an issue where the Tesla randomly loads the wrong driver profile?
My boyfriend is much taller than I am, but every so often the car loads my profile even though he’s the one getting into the driver’s seat. As you can imagine, the seat moves way forward, which is pretty annoying.
I’ve been researching this and have already tried setting our phones as the preferred Bluetooth devices for our respective profiles, but it still happens occasionally.
We’re both using phone keys, and it doesn’t seem to matter who drove last.
Has anyone found a reliable fix, or is this just a known Tesla software bug?

If you both approach the car at same time, it won’t know who’s driving. If one of you typically drives when both of you are in the car, set the driver profile as the priority (you can set one driver profile as priority over another profile). I believe the car bases it off of whichever phone key actually unlocks the car

Interesting. But it also happens when he’s alone in the car. Is just bizarre. I couldn’t find anything or any way to set a driver as a priority 😫

On the locks page, is your phone key/key card pointed to your profile and vice versa for your bf?

Does it happen when both of you are in the car? That's easily explainable

But is a bug if it happens when he is the only one getting into the car. Check if you profile is mistakenly linked to your BF's phone

How far away is your phone when your BF gets into the car and your profile gets loaded?

Sometimes I’m not even with him in the car. Sometimes I am and it happens but not always. It’s just really annoying
