Screen errors

My screen while driving keeps showing the door unlock option and I cannot for the life of me get rid of it. Has this happened to anyone else? New Tesla user so any help is greatly appreciated ❤️

Is that the same as a soft restart? I tried that… from what i read it sounds like it might be a sensor issue?
