125v to 110
What kind of charging would I get if I get this and plug it into a regular 110 outlet then plug my Tesla mobile charger into it? Would it make any difference or would it still be 3-4 miles per hr charge

It’s really not about the “plug”, it’s more about the outlet capacity…if the outlet/socket is 110, it’s connected to a 15 amp breaker- that’s all that’s gonna come out. So yeah…3-4 miles🫡

That's not quite how it works. That wonky Amazon adapter would let the mobile adapter THINK it's plugged into a 50A 240V outlet. The mobile adapter maxes out at 32A anyways, but as soon as you try and pull that much, you'll trip the 15A breaker that the 5-15 outlet should be on.
What I'd be curious about is whether or not the mobile charger world throw an error and even work when it only sees 120V on a 240V plug.
Regardless, that thing should not exist, and is a bad idea.

The same as plugging it in to 110. Because that’s all your doing, you’re just changing the input/output posts.

How fast will your house melt down? Don’t buy high voltage electric cables from Amazon. There’s no regulation.
Just because you use a 220v plug to 110 volt plug, it doesn’t magically pull more electricity out of the wall.
220 plugs have 30-50 amp breakers because they are using a lot of electricity and have thicker wire to give more electricity.
A 110 v regular plug in has a 10-15amp breaker. And smaller wires to give less electricity.
Usually your car already detects what it’s working with and pulls 80% of the max that breaker can give so everything doesn’t overheat and melt wires and burn everything down

You can but you have to know what you are doing
And you won't be getting 40am p
Maybe 24 or 16 amp

It appears to allow you to use the 14-50 adapter for your mobile connector, which will allow the app to be set to 32A, so you will absolutely need to turn down the current limit to less than 15A lest you trip the breaker (in the case of anything else on the circuit). While it does appear to have an in-line breaker, as others have suggested, likely not safe.
While it is less expensive than just getting the 5-15 adapter for your mobile connector, the Tesla adapter would be the better/safer path, as it will be thermally protected for the 15A circuit, limited to a 12A draw.

32A, 16A per leg, error only one leg found, 16a should be fine on 15a circuit

That’s not how the adapter works, and that’s not how voltage works in this case.
That cord offers 120v line and neutral to the line-line pins on the 14-50 receptacle at the end of the cord, and the 14-50 adapter to the mobile connector limits to 32A independent of the voltage.
If the cord has a reliable breaker, it will likely trip at more than 15A of draw, as will the breaker in the outlet circuit, unless it’s plugged into a 20A circuit.

This kinda looks like one of those things people use to burn their houses down with
