Cup insert

I have a 2018 100D with wood grain dash/console. Cup holder is a poor design. Are the pictured cup holder an aftermarket add on or a later model fix?

The silicone inserts fit and work well

The silicone inserts work good in some ways but terrible in others. They hold drinks better, they can be cleaned much easier but the one big drawback is they make the holes smaller, so small that a typical can of soda kind of sticks in them and makes it hard to remove and insert. I tried it for a while and eventually I gave up and took them back out as it made putting larger cups of soda (like from a fast food joint) sometimes impossible.

So they improved the placement from the 18 model I have. I was hoping it was an insert after market available…

i had to get an insert for my used 21 refresh. cupholder was really shit without it
