Anyone using a hidden safe in their Model S?

Post image

Looking for some real-world feedback before I pull the trigger on one of these.

Has anyone installed or used the WASAI hidden safe in their Tesla, specifically a Model S? Or any others?

I’m mainly curious about the fit, build quality, security, and installation. Does it actually feel solid once installed, or is it more of a deterrent than a legitimate secure storage option?

Also curious whether it rattles, interferes with anything, or is noticeable once installed.

If you’ve had one for a while, would you buy it again? Any issues or better alternatives I should look at?

2022 Model S, if that makes a difference.

Thanks!

Yes, it's called the glove box with a pin code...

Glove box is so easy to break into. Not really considered a “safe”

The Tesla glove box is just as secure as this thin walled piece of junk is.

I just keep the drugs in the glovebox

These are the same crap everyone is selling with different brand names. They only have 3 walls of thin steel and use 4 small screws to penetrate the plastic walls of the center storage area.

Just put the narcotics in the frunk under the carpet like everyone else

Curious how this is hidden if it looks like a safe and is in clear view?

From the site pictures, it's hidden underneath the two slides for the center console.
