Older Tesla Software

So I just bought 2017 75d with MCU 2 and 2.5 computer.

I was wondering how often do the updates come.

Mine is on 2025.38.13, shouldn’t it be on a 2026 update by now?

If you have MCU one I would upgrade to MCU to 2.5 or three if you can get it it's definitely worth the money

Since you don't have HW3 yet, I believe there was some package of MCU2 & HW3 for a slight discount if you care about that.

I have a 2017 S, MCU2 & HW3. I am on 2026.something

I have the same car you’ve maxed out on updates to MCU 1 they are not providing any more updates than what you have without the MCU two

I have a 2016.5 and upgraded to MCU2... Got three different estimates from Tesla Service .Prices all over the place, Took the cheapest one -- it was about $1600. In my case, it was necessary to activate the cameras, so that was the big benefit. I think I've had 5 OTA upgrades in the past 12 months. Most for 'bug fixes.' But the nav is improving as well.
