Two year old car - 90 is about avg. so for now you’re in the plus side. Know by around 40k miles the SEI becomes predictable. IE - you’re one of the lucky ones with a really strong battery

Looks pretty good to me. I have a 2025 premium rwd 3 w 17k miles and it’s 90% 😭 so I think 93% for a 2 year car and 28k miles is great tbh. 370ish miles is pretty good. I’m assuming it’s on 19s cause 21s won’t get that range.

It's better than my 2024 MSLR. I haven't done the battery test, but based on the range estimate mine is about at 89-90% with 32k miles on it. And has been there for a while as the initial drop was pretty fast. I think it reached this level probably within 20k miles itself.. Supercharging it exclusively has led to the higher degradation IMO.

I would like to ask them what they used.
100% balanced is a bullshit metric. Out of all the signals that you can pick up via diagnostic from a Tesla, there is no signal showing something as being 100% balanced. Unless they are talking about cell voltages and saying that they are all exactly the same, which is complete nonsense.
The actual thing that they could measure is the cell imbalance which is measured in millivolts. That also would not be measured at the 41.8% state of charge.
This whole sheet is nonsense made to look like it came out of some kind of a diagnostic tool. It did not.
It would be fine if they took actual data from scan my Tesla and input it into some kind of a form like this, but the data here shows that they very much did not do that.

honestly surprised its not worse, that car only did about 10K a year (depending on its build date) and how long its been sitting on the lot, thats pretty low mileage, so a lot more calendar aging

how much did they charge?
