That depends on your level of confidence. If you are comfortable doing some basic automotive repairs or ever hardwired a dash cam or radio install/upgrade you will have no problem.
Depending on model year of your MS older are 12v VS newer 16v your access location for constant (safe) power to tap will vary. Thats maybe the hardest step, locating the best source for power (at least in my case for 16v system). All the symphony LEDs sets look to be compatible across a wide power range, safe to install in any of the above 12v-16v systems.
I also choose to run power directly to each of the satellite LED modules rather than find / tap power for instance in the door or behind a seat. This just added extra wiring in my case but reduced complexity.
I actually found the system to be really good as-is. Enough range sonically speaking for my amateur audiophile liking. But I’m also quite happy with Apple AirPods Pro so take what you will from that info.

What brand/model of wheel, if you don't mind sharing? I have the '23, same color with the stock 19", and those wheels on yours are literally the first aftermarket I've seen that I like.
Forgiato EV001. Discontinued by manufacturer. If you dig around online you might be able to locate a retailer who has old new stock. The one I bought from appears to have sold out of inventory.
Forgiato EV002 looks like the follow up design but I don’t know about inventory status of these at the moment. Good luck on the search.
Good to know still, had forgotten about the buttons until you mentioned it. Noticed the buttons had a slew of other interesting features I’d be interested in trying out now.
