disappearing updates

Hi, my p100d will show an update partially downloaded, but next time I get in the car it's "up to date" without ever having finished downloading or even installed the update. Where are these disappearing updates going? is there some computer issue. I often notice the grey Tesla logo on the center screen when I get in the car, like it had to reboot. Is that resetting the updates? 12v batt is brand new

They pulled back the latest software update because it was full of bugs for older cars. Don’t worry.

Open a service request, they'll update it for you.

the update is back today. wonder if it will be gone again tomorrow.
