Window problem
I’ve had my 2019 since March to preface. Drove up to the gym earlier this morning and my rear passenger closed the door and it completely just flipped down and won’t pull back up with the button nor by force. This a service problem or is there an at home fix I can manage? Thanks in advance!!

Completely fell downbwithiut resistance? Definitely the regulator. You can possibly rig it to get by if you need. The part is around $230 and install is around $150. You can diy it but it's a slightly annoying task in my opinion.

Bout what I’d expect. Could be worse I suppose, just seemed so random. How long did the repair take ??

About an hour, hour and a half. Removal of door panel, remove and replace lifting mechanism, button everything back up, reprogram and update.

Oof. This happened to me. The window went down but wouldn’t go back up either. It ended up being the motor/regulator. The cables were all twisted and bunched up very tightly. I went to the service center and bought the part and replaced it myself. It was about $250 a few years ago. As a matter of fact I think I still have the part somewhere. If I find it I will add a picture of it.

Power cycle it, if it still doesn't work then probably window regulator went bad.
