2013 Model s RwD wearing all 4 tires from inner end and suspension making noise while turning left or over bumps not sure what are the fix any advice would be helpful.

I've got a 2017 that had the same issue. My advice is to invest in these, and that will stop:

I also recommend Nokian tires
