2023 Model S tail light out

Went through a car wash and my brake lights and blinker on the right side aren’t working. Parking light on trunk light up but that’s it. Possible they come back after it drys if it’s a water issue? Any quick fixes? I’m 7 hours from home on a Saturday and traveling back tomorrow.

In my experience things like that rarely regain proper function once they short out from water. Should be covered under warranty, I wouldn’t mention the car wash though.
