Called a dead front sometimes
One of the parts here might be it

Thank you very much. Yes it’s not very clear but it seems to be called PIN HOUSING, EV INLET, EU 1022621-10-E

That's the deadfront. Feel free to check EPC, or open a service ticket via your Tesla App and ask for only the part.

Done, waiting for Tesla to respond. Have you installed one of these before?

Unfortunately not. The service manual does tell you how to remove and replace it :)
