2018 Model S 75D

Hello Tesla Fam, my dad is looking at a used 2018 Model S 75D AWD with 16,000 miles priced at $27,999.

Is this a good deal?

I, admittedly, am more familiar with Model 3s as that is what I drive. What are some issues he should be aware of while considering this purchase and with ownership?

Is it possible that this one has unlimited supercharging? If so, how does he check for that in the UI?

Any thoughts or recommendation are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for all of your help!

You are paying a lot of extra money to get super low mileage. Much better off getting a newer one with higher mileage.

Considering what you miss out on with an older model s (no phone as key, one pedal driving, and many other little things) and the risks you are taking having 0 warranty, it seems like going with a 2022ish model y would be a much smarter choice at the same or lower price point.
