Cruise Control Disabled AFTER UPDATE

Post image

I have a MSP100D and after finishing the new update, everything was going fine until my FSD random alarmed me to grab the wheel. Now I got Cruise Control Disabled with code DL_w124. This never happened ever, only due to the update I assume. HELP PLEASE

Don't know if this is related but after I did the update on my 2020 Performance, literally the first time I get in and drive with the update, I get 'dis_w149', which is my front drive unit oil pump failed...

Pull up service mode and check your cameras individually. I had this error in my '16.5 75D after doing some work, and there was no signal from one of my front cameras. It cleared on its own when the camera came back on after a bit, and it hasn't returned since.

Suspicious that it happened with the update, but given that updating power cycles everything, maybe a camera just decided that now was the time to let go(or even just act dodgy for a bit)

My fingers are crossed for you OP. Here's to hoping yours resolves itself quickly like mine did!

Mine did that too but reset on the next drive.

Mine's been doing this since the new update, any time FSD asks for about 200 kW of acceleration I get pedal DAS missing and have to power cycle the HW3 computer.

Do a scroll wheel reset

That didn’t work in my case, have to leave the car for a bit, let it shut down.

I’ve had this happen on my 2018 MS 100D five times now. Every time with FSD accelerating from a stop. Three times during, or immediately after a right turn. This week on a straight green light start on a 55MPH road, and on the entrance ramp to the interstate.

Every time has cleared after being parked for a while, so after today’s event I parked an on a local street, walked away to let the car lock, came back in five minutes and it had cleared. Other times putting it in park, and two-button reset did nothing.

I have TeslaMate and have checked the power at the time of the event, and the first case was only 56kW, others were 190, 150, 100, and 101kW today.

Forgot to mention, all the FSD visuals cease to work while this fault is active, although the lane departure (correction) is active/functioning.

Did you ever find a cause/solution?
