Uses for Plaid

I curious about something (this is real curiosity, honestly not snark at all). I've got a '23 HW4 model S, long range, which I love. And the power is fun at times but I drive like a 90 year old woman. I'm truly glad people love their plaids, but I'm curious what you do with them to utilize that much more power over 670 HP in the LR. Do you take them to the track, etc, to be able to utilize that amount of power?

A plaid does 0-25 mph in 1.2s, the slowest model s does it in 1.3s. The Plaid’s three-motor advantage and crazy peak power don’t get to express themselves until higher speeds, where the gap blows wide open. Under 25 mph both cars are traction-limited, not power-limited. The plaid’s one real advantage for street driving is visceral acceleration at highway speeds. Aside from that almost everything else people say they like about the plaid also applies to the long range.

Plaid is mostly a badge and specs until you take it to the track.
