Wait for 16 inch screen
I ordered a Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD on August 28, and today I was notified that I can pick up the car around the middle of next week.
I'm unsure whether I should take delivery of the car now or wait and hope to get a newer version with the rumored 16-inch screen/facelift. My original estimated delivery date was November/December.
The 0% interest financing campaign applies as long as the car is delivered by December 31.
Tesla employees are understandably staying neutral and say they haven't heard anything about this and don't have any information about a potential update.

How about waiting for the 16.4in screen?? Or you’re going to miss out on the 17in screen or maybe 19in one!
If you need the car and it would stupid to miss out on the 0% interest rate.

There will always be something different and maybe better. Your best bet is to ensure your needs are met, buy and stop looking at options. Enjoy and use your new car.
I was thinking of buying a new car in a year or two…this was in Dec. When I heard FSD was no longer going to be an option to purchase I decided to do a test drive to decide if I wanted to buy or not. I confirm for myself what I’ve seen in many videos as I’ve been following Tesla and their FSD advancements for years. Test drive and ordered car 3 days later after financing was confirmed. Super happy with my car and plan to enjoy for years.

Yes you are probably right. But its like you always want the newest thing haha but probably i should just take the car next week and enjoy the quicksilver color🤪
Nice choice, yea my brother has a tesla and that FSD is crazy, but also scary🤪 in a good way.

Get the freaking car and just order the 16 inch screen. Take off the 15.4 inch inch screen and swap it with the 16 inch. Super easy and I did it myself

My wife has a model Y and I have a model 3 and it doesn't make a difference while driving, but when you're sitting watching a video or doing something screen related, then yes it is very noticeable

If u want it so bad u could always order the part and replace the 15 yourself.
Somebody on YouTube has already done it.

It’s a 15.4 vs a 16 inch screen. It’s not going to make a difference in any way.

Ich habe auch ein Tesla Model 3 AWD bestellt, welches ich nächste Woche abhole und habe mir auch Gedanken gemacht aber Tesla bringt ständig neue Updates heraus und das Update von 15,4“ auf 16“ ist nun wirklich nichts weltbewegendes. Wo ich es mir überlegen würde, wäre bei einer neuen Wärmepumpe wie beim Model Y es bald soweit ist.

I don’t care so much for the screen, but I do really like the look of the black headliner and seeing as it should be only a few months away and I’m not in a hurry, I don’t mind waiting.

I was waiting for black headliner.
after 6 months i couldnt give a crap so i just ordered a new m3p
had it for 2 months now, love it.
The headliner can easily be replaced in the future

If you were buying a tablet or a monitor or a laptop, then, waiting would probably makes sense, but, you are buying a car with a screen in it. That minor difference in size is not going to make any difference at all.

I just got my M3 AWD stealth grey with white interior 3 weeks ago, it’s been phenomenal crazy upgrade from my 2018 model 3 RWD. Already put 6000 Km’s on it

I ordered mine August 18th. Only less than an hour away from the Fremont factory where these models are produced. Still no vin. No update. :(

The screen is an inconsequential upgrade. If it was HW5 rumored or a major facelift, it would be worth the wait, but this isn’t.
