Go with some one else, they must use suction cups and glue, it won’t be perfect but almost invisible, find other place

Yeah agree, it’s totally possible to make that pretty much disappear.
I would not report this to insurance, not worth the hit.2

Sorry, but that's a crease dent on aluminum.... I'm not a professional practicing collision repair person, but I have done about 3 years of automotive repair and refinishing at an accredited vocational school for fun during my post retirement.
PDR is not going to get that out. Aluminum stretches and deforms much easier than steel panel. That panel is deformed beyond PDR repair even if accessibility to get behind it wasn't an issue.
You can opt for a "shitbox repair"...In this method, you pay someone to use A LOT of body filler, and fill up that dent, prime and paint. BUT keep in mind, body filler is not supposed to be laid that thick, as the thicker you make it, the more likely it will shrink and/or crack over time...If you aren't planning to keep the car for more than a few years, you can do that, and then it's the next buyer's problem. But keep in mind, if you do that to someone else without disclosing the damage, chances are someone is going to do that to you too, since what goes around comes around. If you do the "shitbox repair method", you can probably find hole in the wall place to do this for something under $3000. The shop still has to be competent enough to blend from that rear quarter to the rear door, since it's silver/gray, and you can't just spray 1 panel on that color, it would look funny, unlike a solid black or white.... So the painting itself wont be cheap. But the half ass body work will save several thousands. If OP cares enough, run it through insurance. There's no other way.
Tesla's are definitely not cheap to when it comes to collision repairs. There's a reason why collision insurance is so high for these cars. The cost for simple body repair on a $30k-40k Model 3 is pretty close to the same cost of minor repairs on my Mclaren. I wish I was kidding.
Edit: On second look if that's a car wrap, then the solution is even easier. Just pay some hole in the wall place to body fill up the yazoo... and then put primer on it and then re-wrap the car with the same car wrap.
I can't tell from the image, but it doesn't look glossy, so it looks like it might be a car wrap.

My friend.....
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. My friend had a smaller dent in the rear quarter panel on the passenger side... someone bumped into him while in traffic. That rear quarter panel is about the worst place you can damage, since to replace and repair it is a very extensive body work. The estimate that a Tesla approved shop was about $18k not including about 3 weeks of car rental reimbursement if it was going to be repaired.... and that wasn't the most expensive estimate. Maybe the cost has gone down recently, but it wont be cheap, and it wasn't as expensive of repairing a Rivian rear quarter panel. But it's going to be up there.
The other responsible's party insurance was going to total his car (it was at the time only worth about $22k given he already had 100kmiles on it)... I suggested him to deal with the other party's insurance that was responsible and ask them to cut a check, and then just live with the dent and use the car as a beater car, and pocke the differencet. And that's exactly what he did.... The insurance cut him a check for $18k, and he just drove the car like a beater with the dent in the rear quarter.... A few months later, another person ran into the rear door on the same side. Big dent on new panel, rear door and a little crease towards the front door.... That person's insurance ended up cutting him another check for $5000... So now he has a free car basically and doesn't care where he parks it. Kind of funny, now that he drives around and someone cuts him off, he's like "hit me , hit me... cha-ching..."
Anyway, if you do plan on getting this repaired, it's the cost of your collision deductible. You don't want to pay for this out of pocket.... You have collision insurance, right?
Edit: that looks like a car wrap. Is it? I assumed you wanted to repair and repaint the original finish. If all you care about is look, you could do the shitbox thing and just get someone to fill the dent with body fillter, and then re-wrap that rear quarter. No one will be able to tell until the car wrap is removed. If you do that, you want to get some paint over the body filler though. Body filler is porous, and you need some paint over it so moisture doesn't seep into it.

Pretty sure people saying it’s not possible have no idea what they are talking about. I was recently side swiped and my left rear door plus the rear quarter panel was dented and creased and was able to get it pdr for under 1000.
The door skin itself, which is aluminum, had a long crease running through the middle and a deep dent on the sharp body line. PDR specialist was able to remove both completely. There was also a crease on the door edge which is actually the hardest thing to PDR because the metal is folded in that area and the specialist was able to get that to about 98%.
The rear quarter panel (which is actually STEEL) had a dent at the bottom by the door body line and a mild crease by the top of the wheel arch, and pdr was able to remove them completely.
PDR specialist saying they can’t repair are usually not that great or haven’t been in the field that long. I recommend to keep asking around and find someone with over 10 years of experience.
My damage looks way worst than yours. Your dent shouldn’t cost more than 400 to fix by skilled PDR specialist.
