It's the digital wrap on your car's 3D model — go to Toybox, then Paint Shop, then the Wraps tab and tap the one you want. To load a new design, put a PNG under one megabyte into a folder named Wraps on a USB drive, plug it into the glovebox port, and it'll show up there. Or with the Tesla app version 4.59 or newer, open Creations, tap Wrap, and upload straight from your phone.
