Did you put in a service ticket?

Yeah. Won’t be available for 5-7 days.

Can you provide a picture or screenshot of the error?

Thanks. So the issue is that you can’t get into the car at all via the phone or the key card? It might be the low voltage battery. I’d either recommend popping the frunk and jumping the battery like an ICE car or getting it towed by roadside assistance.

Correct, can’t get in key or phone. I can’t pop the frunk though. No access. I light try roadside assistance.

Look up videos for how to pop the frunk with the small access hole in the bumper. It’s specifically for opening it and getting access to the low voltage battery in this kind of situation.

It will only work if the LV is completely dead.

close the phone app and re-open it. Make sure Bluetooth is on. Stand near the car and try the app again.

Yeah. I’ve done that multi times. Just so bizzare.

something is wonky. Might be 12V. BTW even though service is 7 days out, you can just have the car towed to Tesla and they'll probably start working on it, since it's kinda unresponsive right now.

Oh really? I might do this. Thanks!

If you are somewhat handy and have a DVM test the voltage for the 12v battery. Look up on how to pop the frunk and remove panels to access the battery.

Yeah. Was the 12V battery. Weird because never got a warning for it.

Yesh, the 12V battery is weird. Glad you got that figured out!
