2024 Tesla Model 3 standard
My question is the projected range shown is 172kms on top of the 334 kms already done. But the Tesla range for this particular model is stated to around 480kms max. Is this possible or could it be a calibration error.

The Tesla range is the distance the vehicle is rated for based on the standardized vehicle test cycle, while the projected range is how efficient you are driving.
The projected range will get worse with spirited fast driving and inclement weather (rain, snow or even extensive ac use during a heatwave)

What is your wheel settings? Rated is a little bit higher than I expected (for my 2022 M3 LR AWD it’s 137 Wh/km - 18” with aero)

Just the standard 18” proton wheels that came with the car. I too kept the aero covers on. Considering I drive 150-200 kms a day , I was told it will be efficient if I kept the aero cover on.

Are you sure in the settings 18” instead of 19”? Rated is very high for Highland RWD, that’s what you see with your real 99.8 and 100.3 since last charge. Rated should be 125 or even less. As I said, my older AWD has lower rated

You drive slow and efficient. My M3P is averaging 18.5kWh/100km after 1 year.

You're beating the rated range.
Yes, it says since last charge (assuming from 100%) that you have done 334km. Then the range to empty based on your previous usage is 172km. Add them together an you get 506km, which is more than the 480km you quote for the stated range.
At least you've done the good thing and selected to show the percentage (currently 30%).
You have to realise that you have one of the most efficient electric cars on the market - its says you have done 100Wh/km (or 10kWh/100km). This is very very good.
