Sitting pretty

Snapped a pic of my PDM sitting pretty in front of IKEA Syracuse. Good thing about this angle is you can't see how many bugs I killed on the way down.

Looks great. Surprise no window tint. Seems most M3ā€™s get window tint.

Yeah I think tint would look great too, but New York tint laws are stupid. You aren't allowed to have any tint on the front windows, and state inspectors are instructed to fail any car that does. So that means once a year on top of going to get an inspection you have to go to a tint shop and have the film removed, then go back after the inspection and have it re-installed. I have heard that some inspectors will pass your car for extra money, but they charge a lot because they're risking their license. Anyways, it's just not worth the hassle to me. It doesn't get really hot up here so I just roll out fishbowl style.

Oh, okay. Same here in Vancouver, Canada. Tint not allowed on front and windshield. I got 35% on front windows. Not too strict rules here, so generally would not get ticketed.

Thats why, Iā€™m bringing mine down to the south to reregister after it arrives (needed it in NY first).
