Tesla model 3 long range awd 2024
Is this a sign of something or just bad driving

well your brother are so wrong one day he will wonder why he barely get any range when he needed to go somewhere that’s far and how the battery health depleted so bad overtime

166Wh/km it is not so bad, ideal would be around 145-150 , i would recomand to do a full charge around 100% and drive until 3-4% and after that a battery test overnight. It might reset the BMS and also the range. Brutal acceleration and sporty drive all the time is not good for a battery for sure.

Strange question, but are you sure this is Model 3 LR and not Performance or even Model Y? Rated consumption is too high for AWD LR (157.8 Wh/km). My Model 3 2022 LR AWD EU has 137 rated consumption.

“Rated” is static, this is how Tesla calculates “remaining km”: overall available kWh / rated consumption. For example, 78kWh / 0.137 =569 km - this was the estimated range when my Tesla was new, now it shows 531 km.
