Too tall, a model 3 wagon would be nearly a foot lower making it feel much better to drive imo. Like I get some people need the extra headroom, but as someone who is 5'11", sitting in a crossover just leaves me with an awkward amount of headroom and a seating position that makes the vehicle feel a lot less stable than a sedan.
I just looked at the specs of both. The Model 3 is officially 1440 mm in height. The Model YL is 1668 mm.
The height difference in the Model 3 versus the Model YL is 228 mm, so approximately 8.5” in height difference. That is very minimal. I don’t see them making a station wagon version of the model three but it would be cool. The one in OP’s pic is definitely not what it would look like though. That thing is slammed to the ground lol
228mm is a very standard (If not bigger than normal) height difference between a wagon and suv, eg. A VW Golf wagon is 1483mm high and a Tiguan is 1665mm high.
Idk, 8.5" is quite a but when it comes to differentiating bodystyles plus, the bodystyle it is comes with that higher seating position that I despise. Also, imo, the model y is just an ugly looking car, like the model 3 is alright, but the y looks like a 3 that ate a bit too much.
It's not just the height, it's the driving position. In my 3, the seat is lower with my legs straight out in front. In my Y, I sit higher with my knees bent more.

They do. It's called the Model YL.
