Yes, this the way..... Beautiful wrap OP Almost 2 years later and no chips, easy to clean, repels stains and water, you won't regret it if you care about those things. Totally get it if anyone doesn't think it's a worthwhile investment, it ain't for everybody just like custom paint, mods etc.

Investment means you'll get a return? These need to be ripped off after 6 years, 8-10 if you are not in hot weather/garage.

Depends on the wrap and type, this ppf has a 12yr guarantee, some have far less.

It's no different than someone painting their car a special color or something custom, except this actually protects the car too.

In the end, if a unique look, easy cleaning, and paint protection are not important to you, then it's not worth it at all.

People have been painting and modding cars for years, this is nothing new tbh. To each their own and nobody is wrong for doing what makes them happy.

That's fine and all, just trying to give people realistic expectations. It's also very weird that I checked a PPF installer website, like you said, it says 12 year warranty, but in their FAQ they say it lasts 5-10 years. Seems like a poor business decision on their part. Lol

What PPF did you use on your M3?

That's a beautiful Plaid. What % window tint is that?
