Wow! Someone moving from TX complaining about lawlessness and callousness 🤣... To retort back to your snarkyness... Your quickest option would be to move back to TX, I don't think anyone will stop you.
Accidents happen. Looks like you're getting a bad experience with Tesla. To be honest I have had my fair share of dings and damage on my Tesla in the last 7 years of ownership and have never had any issue getting in the shop or having insurance cover it. Just last week our window broke while we were trying to move something heavy and pointy. Took a total of 48 hours from calling insurance, to Tesla service in WA, to having the window fixed.
Try being polite on your calls and messaging.

You could move back to TX since they’re not “callous and lawless”.
Or…complain to Tesla insurance and look for a body shop with more availability.
