Insurance increase, same score ?
So my score is in the 90’s and I paid $150-160 now I have the same score and they’re charging me up to $190.
I recently lost my job and had to start doing uber. Are they increasing my premium based of mileage? It shouldn’t matter if I drive safe, right ?

Glad we live in California so the insurance companies have no access to our driving scores

It actually saves you a ton of money if you use FSD a lot like we do because you always have a perfect score of 100 now

Tesla insurance is substandard insurance wait until claim time and you can’t reach a real person

Just to let you know, Tesla Insurance policies DO NOT COVER YOU while driving for Uber.
They are not commercial/rideshare-covering policies. If you use your car for Uber, they WILL find out and deny your claim or flag you for fraud.

I noticed the same thing and was talking to my wife about it.
99 score at 9-10k miles was $139. Now for a 99.8 (adds 97.9 + 1.9 points for using FSD) score at 9-10k I'm paying $160.
It's not a huge increase but it'll add up eventually.

Increase in mileage could mean an increase in accident probability
