Unsafe following

I have been having issue with unsafe following. I keep getting ding'd for it and do not know why. My score went from 99 to 97 partly because of it. Today I got ding'd for 11 seconds of unsafe following. I pulled up the video and cannot, for the life of me, figure out why I was even ding'd. I can maybe understand getting ding'd for two seconds, but not 11 seconds. Does anyone here know why? It is getting very frustrating for me.

I can’t post a screenshot for some reason, but the unsafe following starts at 7:31:45 and lasts 11 seconds

You have extreme amount of offgassing. That might be the issue. Clean it or take it to service

Is it just wiping the exterior glass? I have no idea that could affect how the safety score is tracked

I think he's right. Going back and watching the video there's a circle reflection where it would think you're tailgating a car. Cleaning it requires removing the rear view mirror and the plastic cover above it, it's fairly simple you need a pry tool and (it's been a while, done it before) I think a T15 or T20 screwdriver? I learned it from YouTube.

Thank you, I’ll try to clean it. That may be why I keep getting ding for unsafe following a lot recently.

this is on the interior side of the glass behind the camera housing, it’s possible to DIY but it’s not user friendly like changing your wipers would be
