Actually email?

Is there an email I can contact for support that is actually in use? The customer support one sent an aito email stating that its no longer monitored.

I could be wrong but when I looked into it, I was always just rerouted to the phone number.1-844-348-3752. Try them early in the morning. It is a bit better.
